The first weekend in January there is a big RV show in Denver at the convention center. We planned to attend on Thursday. We had been looking at a 40 foot motorhome (rig) but having more conversation we looked at the next on down and two different models. Saw one at the show we had been viewing on line and really liked it.
That night at the hotel I spotted a used one in Longmont. We went to look at it. it needed some work they “said” they would do. So we put a small down on it on January 5th. We did not get to pick it up until February 12th.
So how bid is ur new home? It looks beautiful!

It is a 38 foot 2016 Palazzo model 36.1. It is a diesel pusher with 1 1/2 baths. More later.
